I am delighted to invite you to Shayna's Serene Soul Retreats this October in the picturesque region of Umbria, Italy. Our retreat theme, "Reconnect, Rejuvenate, Transform," focuses on nurturing your mind, body, and spirit in a serene and luxurious setting.
This retreat includes guided meditations, yoga sessions, and invigorating hikes. Special experiences unique to October include an olive oil harvest tour, organic wine tasting, a boat trip and hike around a private island, and access to a private beach on Lake Trasimeno. You'll also enjoy our tennis court, private pool, and delicious meals prepared by our in-villa chef.
Our time together will be dedicated to personal growth, deep relaxation, and creating a supportive community. I look forward to sharing this transformative journey with you.
