I love my matcha and I know good matcha when I taste it. so i was genuinely impressed with Shayna’s Kitchen Matcha. The color alone stood out immediately: a vibrant, beautiful green that signals real quality.
The flavor was smooth and clean, with none of the bitterness that lesser matchas often have. It whisked up perfectly, creating a delicate, creamy foam. I love the calm alertness matcha gives me without the jitters or gut upset that coffee can cause for me. My favorite way to enjoy it is with steamed almond milk, though I was surprised by how much I ended up loving the matcha and bone broth combination. The touch of vanilla and cinnamon is such a beautiful finishing detail.

My favorite mornings are spent on my back porch with a cup of creamy matcha, listening to nature and journaling.
