Giveaway Rules

These rules apply to every giveaway and competition run by Shayna's Kitchen on our website, by email or on social media. Each giveaway also has its own entry page, which sets out its entry period, how to enter, the prize and its approximate retail value, who can enter, the number of winners and the draw date (the "Giveaway Details"). These rules and the Giveaway Details together are the official rules for that giveaway. If they ever differ, the Giveaway Details for that giveaway take priority.

1. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor

Giveaways are run by Shayna's Kitchen, 8750 Tennessee 77, Mansfield, TN 38236, United States (the "Sponsor"). Questions about a giveaway can be sent to support@shaynaskitchen.com. Some giveaways include prizes donated by partner brands (the "Prize Partners"). The Prize Partners for each giveaway are named in its Giveaway Details.

3. Who can enter

Unless the Giveaway Details say otherwise, each giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and of the Prize Partners, and members of their immediate families and households, cannot enter.

4. Entry period

Each giveaway starts and closes at the dates and times stated in its Giveaway Details. All times are Eastern Time (ET) unless stated otherwise. Entries received outside the entry period will not be counted. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to enter

Follow the steps in the Giveaway Details. Where a giveaway asks you to follow us, like a post or tag a friend on Instagram, you need a public Instagram account so that we can check your entry. Any bonus entries are explained in the Giveaway Details. Each person may submit the entry form once per giveaway; extra form submissions do not add entries. Entries made with automated tools, fake accounts or multiple email addresses will be disqualified.

6. Choosing the winner

Winners are chosen in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the entry period, on or around the draw date in the Giveaway Details. An eligible entry is one that has completed every required step. Your chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Telling the winner

We contact winners by Instagram direct message from our official account, @shaynas.kitchen, and by email to the address given on the entry form. A winner must reply within 48 hours of our first message, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn. We will never ask you for a password, a payment or your card details to claim a prize. Any message that does is not from us.

8. Prizes

Prizes are described in the Giveaway Details, with their approximate retail value. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize, or part of one, of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable. Memberships, subscriptions and services included in a prize are provided by the Prize Partner named for them and are subject to that partner's own terms. Prizes are shipped to an address in the United States. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. If a prize is worth $600 or more, the winner will need to provide tax information before the prize is sent.

9. Your details

When you enter, you join the Shayna's Kitchen email newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails. You also agree that we may share your name, email address and Instagram handle with the Prize Partners for that giveaway, for the purpose of running the giveaway and delivering the prize. We do not share your details with anyone else. Everything else about how we look after your information is in our Privacy Policy.

10. Publicity

Unless the law says otherwise, by accepting a prize the winner agrees that we may share their first name, Instagram handle and state, and announce them as the winner on our website, by email and on social media, without further payment.

11. Instagram

Our giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility for the giveaway.

12. General

We may disqualify any entry that does not follow these rules or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent. If a giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond our control, we may cancel, pause or change it, and choose winners from the eligible entries received before that point. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Sponsor and the Prize Partners are not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, technical failures, or any injury, loss or damage that comes from taking part in a giveaway or using a prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

13. Winners list

To ask for the name of a giveaway's winner, email support@shaynaskitchen.com within 30 days of the draw date.
