Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All unopened packages are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Matcha Subscriptions

Matcha subscriptions have a 2 delivery cycle minimum. The 14 day return window applies to each delivery on its own and begins from the date you receive your order, so if your second delivery arrives unopened you can return it on the same terms as any other order.
