I really enjoyed these simple steps that actually make a difference. In a world of quick fixes, it's nice to have something easy and effective to follow. I love the new recipes, too.
I wanted to love this and give it to my son. I did not, however. Ultimately this is a workbook that could be 15 pages and easier to print. There’s only 4 recipes. 2 week detox and only 4 recipes. Makes no sense. The same exact tips she suggests on her social media. Save your money. Maybe the class is better.
This E-Book is super helpful and easy to follow! It breaks down how to do the 14-day reset step by step, and it gives a lot of recommendations on not only what to eat, drink, and take, but also on mindset and movement. I love the interactivity aspects of the journaling and gratitude pages. As someone who doesn't journal often, it feels like a reset not only for my body but also for my mind. I will be pulling this e-book back out again after I travel, as I don't always feel my best after eating different foods. If you are on the fence about it, it is definitely worth giving it a try.
